      Rated 4 out of 5�by Good for the Price Bought product when it was on sale so it was a good product for the price. It works well and was easy to set up as a wireless printer. The two negatives are (1) the box did not say the printer did not come with cords to plug into computer (if did not want wireless); and (2) it is noisy. Overall, I am pleased ~ just wish it were quieter. April 5, 2016
      Rated 4 out of 5�by Installation Installation was difficult, because despite doing nothing more than instructions said, it was interrupted. Had to call customer support to help, but they did, sent me new drivers and stayed on phone with me until I got it done, so my faith is slightly renewed with Customer Service. Now I just hope the printer works as well as the tech was capable of fixing the installation issues! April 2, 2016
      Rated 4 out of 5�by Good but loud It took sometime to get the printer on the network, but once I did it performs very well. The only complaint is the noise. It is VERY loud when printing, but the quality is good and I have also used the scanner and the scan quality is very good as well. April 2, 2016
